2010 Indoor Season
Hello Parents!
Registration for AYSO 498 indoor soccer is open.
(Registration is limited to the first 400 players (Sign up SOON)
Indoor Soccer Season:
January 16, 2010 - March 7, 2010.
Registration is open until December 15, 2009 (or until the first 400 players register)
Registration fee: $15
The general schedule for game play is as follows:
U5/U6 will play at West Madison on Sundays!
U7/U8 will play at Liberty Middle School on Sundays!
U10-U19 will play at Liberty Middle School on Saturdays!
Registration Information: REGISTRATION IS OPEN until December 15, 2009
EAYSO Online Forms must be used for registration. If you child is already registered for the Fall season, click on Sign up for other programs, print and sign 2 copies and mail them to the Registrar.
EASYO will be offline from 10:00pm CST Friday Oct 30th, 2009 to 10:00am CST Monday Nov 2nd, 2009 for upgrades.
Registration Fees are $15.00 per player. There are no discounts for multiple players.
How to reprint your Fall forms from eAYSO:
3. 3. Print 3 copies of the forms for the each player and bring them to one of the registration event.

For Mail in registrations you must include 2 signed and initial copies with your payment of $15.00 per player or the registration will be returned.
Players will not be placed on a team until the correct forms and fee have been received by the Registrar. Incorrect or incomplete registration will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
